About Mr. Scott G. Hall, MCBA
Scott G. Hall was born June 1965, in Alabama and completed his high school education in 1982. In the same year, he enlisted in the United States Marine Corps Reserve, where he served for ten years and received an honorable discharge in 1992. He obtained his Bachelor of Arts degree in Finance from the University of South Alabama in 1987.
Afterward, he relocated to Atlanta and commenced his career at a financial planning firm. In May of 1991, he ventured into entrepreneurship, establishing his own firm with his business partner, specializing in estate planning. Their entrepreneurial journey led them to enter the bail bond industry in 1994, resulting in the incorporation of Anytime Bail Bonding, Inc. Over the years, Scott and his business partner successfully expanded Anytime Bail Bonding, Inc. from a small operation into a sizable enterprise with over fifty employees and ten offices spanning 26 counties. Notably, their agency received certification from the Professional Bail Agents of the United States (PBUS) as a National Board Certified Agency.
Scott Hall's dedication to the bail bond industry extended to his active involvement in various professional organizations. In the fall of 1998, he was elected President of the Georgia Association of Professional Bondsmen (GAPB), a position he held for four consecutive two-year terms. His tenure with GAPB included pivotal achievements, such as advocating for the bail agent education law, which mandated continuing education for bail licensure in Georgia, and participating in legislative efforts to establish minimum standards for recovery agents and increase allowable bond fees.
Furthermore, Scott has been a longstanding member of the Professional Bondsmen of the United States (PBUS) since February 1996. Within PBUS, he has held significant roles, including Senior Vice President and two terms as President. Presently, he serves as Immediate Past President. Additionally, he contributed to the organization by serving as a member of the Council of Presidents for eight years and participating in committees such as the Technology Committee, Visa Bond Committee, Future of Bail Committee, and Legislative Committee. Scott Hall's commitment to his profession is underscored by his status as a Certified Bail Agent, maintaining his membership in PBUS since 1996.
